18.9.-21.9.2025 / Julian Alps Trail Run by UTMB (5th edition)
We keep Slovenian sport at the recreational level with events as the Julian Alps Trail Run by UTMB, which was successfully held with record participation over three competition days internationally competitive, and thus also Slovenian sports tourism. In the region, we create significant added value in the tourism sector with direct economic impact and indirect effects with global online reach for the entire Julian Alps and Slovenia in the outdoor sector. This is proven by meetings and conversations with runners (5,000) and their companions from more than 80 countries, a week before or after the event.
13.6.-28.6. & 13.8.-28.9.2025 / Beach Bar Sotočje (4th edition)
This year, Mad Mountain Beach Bar, in partnership with Erbuena Estate, is on pause during the festival time.
You can expect a report after the season closes, along with access to the entire archive of the project.
27.-29.6.2025 / Soča Outdoor Festival (12th edition)
Soča Outdoor Festival offered a 3-day trail running programme with a new record number of over 2.800 registered trail runners.

10. – 12.10.2024 / Frika Fest
Mad Mountain Beach Bar for the first time at the event of Frika Fest v Tolminu.
20. – 22.9.2024 / Julian Alps Trail Run by UTMB (4th edition)
Julian Alps Trail Run is the biggest trail running event in Slovenia and part of the UTMB world series with a record number of 3.000 trail runners arriving in the Julian Alps from more than 80 countries and the longest distance of 120 KM.
28.6.2024 / Soča Outdoor Festival (11th edition)
Soča Outdoor Festival has established itself over the years as a 3-day trail running event with two new 5 KM competitions, attracting a record number of 2.500 trail runners and more than 4.000 visitors altogether.
