Learn how to combine yoga with other activities

We will teach you how to combine yoga with other activities and how yoga can contribute to improve activities and your experience.

Yoga is commonly practiced to improve the mental and physical well-being involving poses, meditation and breathing techniques. Yoga is perfect to practice in connection with other activities like cycling and paddleboarding to open up your body after a long session of training or increase your flexibility. Over two days, we will focus on yoga in combination with cycling and paddleboarding and inspire you to include yoga in your training activities.

Saturday, we will focus on bike and yoga. You might think how can you do yoga and cycling together? Yoga is great both before and after a cycling session and can help by improving flexibility, building strength and developing breathing techniques. Especially after a long bike ride, yoga can assist to counterbalance the tightness and soreness you may have in legs and muscles after being on the bike. It can help to alleviate and open your torso and spine after being forward flexed.

Sunday, we will focus on paddleboarding and yoga. The Soča River with its clear water and emerald colors offers a great foundation for meditation and relaxation. If you love being near the water and like practicing yoga, SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga might be the thing for you. SUP yoga combines paddleboarding and yoga in one. This way of practicing yoga challenges your strength and balance as you float across the water.

We invite you to participate one or both days where you will be inspired to practice yoga in new ways.


08:30-09:00 – Short yoga session: warming up your body
09:00-14:00 – Cycling session (4-6 hours depending on skill level)
18:00-19:00 – Yoga session: getting the soreness out of your body

08:30-09:00 – How is the balance on the board?
09:00-12:00 – SUP yoga on Lake Most na Soči and along Soča River

  • Both days, we will be starting from Beach Bar Sotočje in Most na Soči and end here as well.
  • To register for one or two days please write
  • Bring your own bike/SUP or rent it through us. Please contact us in advance if you are interested in renting a bike/SUP.
